I have a hunch this isn't a remake of the old Spencer Tracy film (you know, Father Flanagan and the story of how Boys Town started back in the 1930s -- or is it?), but Boys Town 90069 is educational enough for us connoisseurs of twink delights. Set in always raunchy West Hollywood, we get an education on how to pick up twinks and have our way with them.

We start off with sloppy but slutty looking late teen-somethings sauntering the streets for a cruise.
