Look close enough and you begin to appreciate that our cute boy, Chas, really is in a public park at sunset and he really is getting naked and stroking himself right there in this park. Notice how he is keeping a watchful eye on his surroundings, presumably because he was standing there, fully erect, fully exposed, and maybe just a moment away from some other park visitors.
